The sign-up management section will allow you view and manage current affiliate sign-up. Use this to view all affiliates that have signed up, or edit the status of sign-ups in progress.

Affiliate Referral Management will allow you to manage the list of referring affiliate in the system. Refering affiliates are affiliates that generate affiliate sign-ups. e.g. NetFlorist, Justplay, JAG, YouInsure, etc.
